Using a RealTracker Personal account implies the user's consent and compliance to the following usage terms & conditions:

A RealTracker Personal account is intended solely for use on non-commercial homepages devoid of any commercial content whatsoever. For business measuring tools visit our website www.realtracker.com/smallbusiness for details.

The RealTracker Personal green access symbol and the attached mini-banner must be 1) visible, 2) activated on the page in a 88x63 pixel format and 3) part of the content, or follow it immediately (so a big visual gap is not allowed).

The RealTracker Personal HTML code must be inserted in its entirety and without alteration into the source code of the page to be monitored. Alterations to the width or height of the icons, hyperlink or ALT text are forbidden.

Every RealTracker Personal account registration is intended for a unique single page only -- one account per page. The HTML code received per page shall be installed upon the page indicated in the subscription-application at the time of registration. To measure multiple-pages, simply request extra counters.

The user agrees not to manipulate the Realtracker Personal HTML code to enhance or alter any of the statistical measurements rendered by the service.

Users retain the right to cancel their RealTracker Personal account at any time without notification or any further obligation.

Upon registering a RealTracker Personal account, all information provided should be truthful. RealTracker Personal reserves the right to use client subscription data for its own purposes. However client information shall not be given or sold to third parties.

RealTracker preserves the right to occasionally use different forms of advertising in addition to the permanent ad (88x31 microbutton).

Users who fail to comply with these terms & conditions may have their accounts revoked without notification or explanation.

RealTracker Personal reserves the right to change the above terms & conditions at any time.
